An 8 Week Summer Program for Athletes

What’s wrong with most summer training?

Most programs get it wrong in one of three ways.

They make exercises look too much like the sport thinking that's what "sport-specific" means.

They don't account for the remainder of your week.

They either push too hard or try to do too many things at once without a plan.

The result? Athletes who worked all summer and still show up to preseason feeling little to no change.

Why is this different?

This isn't a generic training plan. It's a performance program built by a sports physical therapist who trains athletes. We’ll utilize data from force plates to guide programming specific to your needs and athletic qualities.

That combination means you get the clinical depth to fix what others couldn't, and the performance training that actually shows up on the field.

How it works?

2× per week — In-Person Session Small group. Coached. High intensity. In-person sessions run Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 1–3pm. You select the day that fits your schedule.

2-3× per week — Coaching App Structured strength and conditioning workouts delivered through your phone. Do them on your schedule, log your work, and get direct feedback.

8 weeks total — June 1 through July 24

Built to last the whole season. Most athletes break down in the second half. We train the resilience that keeps you performing when others are fading.
